Kansai TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Noto Yasuyuki) and Kansai University Educational Corporation (Suita City, Osaka Prefecture; Chairman of the Board of Trustees: Ikeuchi Keizo, President: Shibai Keiji) will open the second T-KIDS Shared School in Japan, "T-KIDS Shared School Umeda KANDAI Me RISE," in March at Kansai University's Umeda Campus, "KANDAI Me RISE."
"T-KIDS Share School" started in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture in 2017 as a new learning facility that values "excitement → learning" rather than the "being taught → studying" style. We offer a new 21st century learning environment that goes beyond traditional education, and offer a wide variety of unique classes in areas such as technology, inquiry/science/math, English/foreign languages, culture/arts, and physical education.
This time, "T-KIDS Share School" and Kansai University Umeda Campus have teamed up to form a new TAG, and "T-KIDS Share School Umeda KANDAI Me RISE" will open in Umeda, Osaka, as the second school in Japan. Based on the concept of "a place where children can grasp the future," the school offers a variety of programs that allow children, who will be responsible for society in the future, to develop flexible, free-thinking ideas and develop themselves. In this era of rapid change, the school was opened based on the desire of both parties to challenge themselves with a new, different way of educating children.
"T-KIDS Share School Umeda KANDAI Me RISE" aims to provide a new learning environment for children in the Kansai region.

Our instructors are challenging themselves with 21st century education that goes beyond the traditional "cramming knowledge" approach, and offer carefully thought-out learning experiences in areas such as programming, video creation, science experiments, children's philosophy, and space classes. Children can freely choose classes based on their interests and what they want to do or what they want to learn.
