(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter, "CCC") is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 11, 2019, the executive appointments for CCC and its major subsidiaries were decided, effective April 1, 2019. The decision will be formally approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 31, 2019, and the Board of Directors meeting to be held on April 1, 2019.
