-T Point service also launched at home appliance retailer "100 Man Volt"-

T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Kitamura Kazuhiko; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") is pleased to announce that the T Point service within the EDION Group will be expanded from April 1, 2019.

Since April 2015, EDION has offered a service that allows customers to choose to use either T Points or EDION Points at EDION stores. However, from April 1st, the service will be revamped to allow customers to earn both T Points and EDION Points.

In addition, T Point Japan has signed a points program agreement with Thank You Co., Ltd., which operates the 100-Man Volt home appliance retail store chain in the Edion Group. Starting April 1, customers will be able to choose to earn either T Points or 100-Man Volt Points at 100-Man Volt stores. The accumulated T Points can be used to purchase home appliances at 100-Man Volt stores, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, and can also be used at T Point partner stores nationwide.

T Point Japan will continue to work with the EDION Group to utilize the T Point database for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), sales promotion optimization, and database marketing such as merchandising, in order to create stores and provide services that provide high customer satisfaction.

■ Service start date: Monday, April 1, 2019
■Participating stores: Edion stores and Edion online shops *Some outlet stores and Edion family shops, as well as some other stores, are not eligible.
■Points awarded: T-Points are 1 point for every 200 yen (excluding tax), and Edion Points are 100 yen (excluding tax), up to 5 points depending on the product purchased.

*If you present both your T Card and your Edion Card or Anshin Guarantee Card at the time of payment, you will earn both T Points and Edion Points depending on the product you purchase.

■Point usage: 1 point = 1 yen for both T points and Edion points

*If you present both your T Card and your Edion Card or Anshin Guarantee Card at the time of payment, you can combine your T Points and Edion Points and use them together.
*Some products and services are not eligible for T Points.

■ Service start date: Monday, April 1, 2019
■ Participating stores: 100-Man Volt 29 stores (as of the end of March 2019)
■T-points awarded: 1 point for every 200 yen (excluding tax)
■T Point use: 1 point = 1 yen
