A-Co-op Kinki Co., Ltd. / T-Point Japan Co., Ltd.
A-Co-op Kinki Co., Ltd. (Head office: Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Jun Takasaki; hereinafter referred to as "A-Co-op Kinki"), a JA Zennoh Group company that operates food supermarkets in the Kinki area, and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and COO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan"), which operates the shared point service "T Points", are pleased to announce that they have entered into a points program agreement and will launch the T Point service at A-Co-op Kinki this summer.
A-Co-op Kinki operates A-Co-op stores and JA Farmers stores in Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Mie, and Kyoto prefectures as a sales base for JA Group's domestic agricultural and livestock products in the Kinki region. In order to deliver safe and fresh domestic agricultural and livestock products to our customers, we are committed to using locally, prefecturally, and domestically produced products, and aim to be a ``bridge'' that connects producers and consumers with peace of mind.
A-Co-op Kinki will consolidate the point services that previously differed from store to store into "T Points," thereby providing a highly convenient point service to customers who use A-Co-op stores. Additionally, we will provide even better service by utilizing the T-Point database to manage store operations, such as product lineups and sales floor layouts, and by working on new CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
T Point Japan will use the database marketing it has cultivated over the past 15 years to address A-Co-op Kinki's needs and solve its problems, thereby improving customer satisfaction and creating new value for its stores.
