-Tokyo Your Coins (office type) earned by participating in SDG activities can be exchanged for T Points-

T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Kazuhiko Kitamura) is pleased to announce that it will be participating in a demonstration experiment (contractor: Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc.*1) of "Tokyo Your Coin (Office Type)," a model project implemented by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to stimulate SDG activities.

This demonstration experiment will be conducted in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho area of Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, in order to encourage activities related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and promote a cashless society by issuing a unique point system called "Tokyo Your Coin."T Point Japan has decided to support and participate in this cause in response to growing consumer awareness of the need to work towards realizing a sustainable society in order to achieve the SDGs.

Participants in the experiment in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho district who use T Points will be able to exchange the "Tokyo Your Coins (Office Type)" they have accumulated through SDG activities such as Jisa Biz and reducing plastic waste for T Points. The exchanged T Points can be used at T Point partner stores such as convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants, with 1 point = 1 yen.

T Point Japan will continue to strive to ensure that the T Card "connects people and society" and will continue to work to create new social value.

[How to participate in the "Tokyo Your Coin (Office Type)" demonstration experiment]

■ Period: Thursday, January 9th, 2020 to Friday, February 28th, 2020 *Starting sequentially
■ Target audience: Office workers and visitors in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho areas of Chiyoda Ward
■How to participate: Download the "Tokyo Your Coin (Office Type)" app from the App Store or Google Play and register an account.
■ Activities that allow you to accumulate "Tokyo Your Coin (Office Type)":
(1) Staggered business activities (off-peak commuting, teleworking, etc.) at companies with offices in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho district
(2) Linking with efforts to reduce plastic waste by various businesses
■ Exchange rate: 1 Tokyo Your Coin (office type) point can be exchanged for 1 T-Point.
