We are pleased to announce that the Town of Yoichi, Hokkaido (Mayor: Saito Keisuke, hereinafter referred to as "Yoichi Town"), Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki, hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), and Hokkaido TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Umetani Tomohiro, hereinafter referred to as "Hokkaido TSUTAYA") have concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement to work together on projects that utilize each other's characteristics and resources, with the aim of contributing to further revitalizing the Yoichi Town community and improving services for the people who live there.

By utilizing the CCC Group's know-how in real-world platforms and T-Card's lifestyle data and marketing know-how, we will contribute to (1) town development planning, (2) industrial and tourism promotion, and (3) the improvement of the local and living environment, thereby enhancing the vitality of the town of Yoichi and focusing on creating a more enjoyable and happy environment.
