T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Kitamura Kazuhiko; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") and Culture Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nakanishi Kazuo; hereinafter referred to as "C.E.") will launch a service on March 5, 2020, that allows users to use T Cards featuring approximately 90 different character designs as mobile T Cards.

Since its launch in May 2013, the character-designed T Card has collaborated with over 200 different movies, artists, and characters, providing many customers with the joy of presenting their T Card. In response to requests from many customers who want to be able to display their character-designed T cards on their smartphones, we are now offering a service that allows you to set a character-designed T card on your mobile T card.

The T-Cards available this time feature character designs from Haikyuu, Yowamushi Pedal, Jung Yonghwa, Strawberry Prince, Irasutoya, Mobile Suit Gundam, and more, totaling approximately 90 types. Customers who wish to use the character-designed T-Card on their smartphones can apply for the card in person at a TSUTAYA store or online, and then register their character-designed T-Card number using a smartphone app that supports mobile T-Cards, such as the T-Point app, to display it. Going forward, we will gradually expand the number of character-designed T cards that are eligible for Mobile T Cards.

T Point Japan and C.E. will continue to offer lifestyle suggestions to the 70.3 million T members across Japan, aiming to make their daily lives even smarter and to make presenting their T Card an exciting and thrilling experience.

(1) Obtain the designated T-Card (character design)
(2) Download the mobile T-Card app
(3) Register your T-Card number
(4) Can be used as a mobile T-Card
