Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter, "CCC") is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 10, 2020, the executive appointments for CCC and its major subsidiaries were decided, effective April 1, 2020. The decision will be formally approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 31, 2020, and the Board of Directors meeting to be held on April 1, 2020.

CCC will transfer authority to each subsidiary with the aim of "facing the customer" as a group. Under the vision of CCC, each of our operating companies will strive to become a planning company that quickly creates customer value.
