The project to support restaurants in the city will help restaurants in the city that are closed due to the spread of COVID-19 by registering service information for "Sakimeshi," a service that supports restaurants by prepaying for meals, and "Gochiru," a service that treats restaurants to meals, as well as providing information to people who want to support restaurants.

On May 8th, Nobeoka City launched a webpage listing participating restaurants, began recruiting participating restaurants, and began providing support for registration by Encross staff, who have received a lot of support. A similar service will also be launched in Shunan City from May 15th.

What is "sakimeshi"?

Utilizing the Gochimeshi system, which allows you to treat others to a meal through the app, people who want to support restaurants affected by COVID-19 can pay for the meal in advance with the message, "I'll come back later to eat!", and then support the restaurant by visiting it once the pandemic has subsided.
