-Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art Museum Shop "ART LAB KYOTO"-
An original fortune-telling machine produced, creatively directed, and designed by Kiyokawa Asami will be installed in the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art's museum shop "ART LAB KYOTO" (operated by CCC ART LAB Co., Ltd.), which opened on May 26th.
This special fortune slip features 100 boldly visualized pictures by Kiyokawa Asami using cloth, thread, and beads from the book "Hyakunin Isshu A Thousand Years Later" (published by Little More), along with a modern translation of the poem's words by Saihate Tahi. Please enjoy.

Asami Kiyokawa
Born in Awaji Island. First solo exhibition in 2001. In 2003, she began creating works using the technique of embroidering photographs. He has held numerous exhibitions, including solo exhibitions at Art Tower Mito and Omotesando Hills in Tokyo, and in 2019 his solo exhibition "Incarnation" at ARARIO GALLERY. SHANGHAI in Shanghai.
His representative works include the "Beauty Collection" and "Complex" series, and the picture book "Night on the Galactic Railroad."The picture book "Are There Gods?", which she co-authored with author Shuntaro Tanikawa, was selected as Japan's representative for the biennial Congress (a global children's book convention).
It is being done. Her recent picture book is the educational picture book "Get Close, Get Away, Wow!"
She has won the Best Debutante Award, been selected as a prizewinner at the VOCA Exhibition, won VOGUE JAPAN Women of the Year, and received the Tsumugi Award at the ASIAGRAPH Awards. He directed and produced the opening title video and posters for the NHK morning drama "Beppin-san" in the second half of 2016, which became a hot topic. In addition to working as an art director for advertising and spaces, she also produces the YouTube channel "Culture Room by Asami Kiyokawa," which has been well received.
Tahi Saihate
Born in 1986. He began writing poetry online in 2004, and the following year began submitting his works to the new writers' section of the Modern Poetry Notebook. In 2006, he won the Gendai Shi Techo Prize. In 2007, he published the poetry collection "Good Morning," which won the Nakahara Chuya Prize, and in 2012 he published the poetry collection "The Sky Splits."
Since publishing his poetry collection "For Us Who Are Going to Die" in 2014, he has dominated the new poetry movement and won the Contemporary Poetry Hanatsubaki Award for the same work. His 2016 poetry collection, "The Night Sky is Always the Deepest Blue," was made into a film in 2017 ("The Night Sky is Always the Deepest Blue," directed by Ishii Yuya), which generated a lot of buzz. In 2017, she published "The Seam of Love is Here," in 2018, "Heaven and an Unbelievable Time Off," and her latest poetry collection, "Lovers Shine Together," was published in 2019.
He is also active as a novelist, and has written works such as "The Season When I Become a Star or a Beast," "The Girl ABCDEFGHIJKLMN," and "Anyone Who Sympathizes with Teenagers is a Liar."In 2017, he translated 100 poems into modern Japanese for the book Hyakunin Isshu A Thousand Years Later, co-authored with Kiyokawa Asami, and in 2018 published the guide essay The Feelings of Hyakunin Isshu. His essay collections include "Your Excuses Are the Greatest Art," "Mogu∞," and "Factorizing Love."His latest publication is a collection of essays titled "Complex Prism."
