Tobu Store Co., Ltd. (Head office: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tsuchikin Nobuhiko; hereinafter referred to as "Tobu Store") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nagashima Hiroaki; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") have launched a service on June 10th that allows Tobu Store customers to check the level of congestion at Tobu Store locations by time of day using the Tobu Store app on their smartphones.
Customers using Tobu Store can check the store's congestion status from their smartphone or computer, allowing for a smooth shopping experience.
By accessing the Tobu Store app or Tobu Store homepage and entering the name of the store you wish to use, you can check the hourly congestion status for each day of the week for free. Please note that this congestion status is obtained by analyzing data from the most recent day of the week, and is not a real-time congestion status, but can be used as a guide to avoid crowds when visiting the store.
The service that allows you to check the congestion status of Tobu stores is available not only through the Tobu Store app and Tobu Store homepage, but also through the T Point app and T Site [T Point/T Card].
