- Initiative to create new added value in financial services for partner companies' customers -

SBI Sumishin Net Bank, Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Noriaki Maruyama; hereinafter, "SBI Sumishin Net Bank") and CCC MARKETING HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter, "CCCMKHD") are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to realize new financial services using the "NEOBANK®" service (*1) provided by SBI Sumishin Net Bank.

1. Background and purpose of the consultations
"NEOBANK®" is an initiative that aims to create new added value in financial services for the customers of partner companies by providing banking functions to partner companies, utilizing the know-how that SBI Sumishin Net Bank has cultivated through its efforts since its establishment. Most recently, on April 28, 2020, we launched the "JAL NEOBANK" initiative. (※2)

CCCMKHD's group mission is "UNIQUE DATA, SMALL HAPPY." We create value from a wide variety of data using technology and ideas, connecting individual lifestyles with the society around them and bringing small moments of happiness to each and every person every day.

SBI Sumishin Net Bank and CCCMK HD have been in discussions since last year based on a proposal from SBI Sumishin Net Bank regarding "NEOBANK®."

2. Agreement
The two companies have agreed to proceed with concrete discussions regarding the CCCMKHD Group realizing new financial services using the "NEOBANK®" service provided by Sumishin SBI Net Bank.

3. Future plans
The start date will be announced as soon as it is decided.
