(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuya Takeda; hereinafter referred to as "Retty") to offer the "Market Watch Trend Edition" of its marketing support service "Market Watch," which it has been providing to a variety of companies since 2016. The service analyzes restaurant review data linked to Retty's "Food Data Platform" and receipt purchase data from "Recika," a household accounting app operated by CCC Marketing, to provide an understanding of food-related market trends.
"Market Watch" is a service that supports a wider range of marketing by analyzing and visualizing data using a variety of methods, while linking a database that integrates over 5 billion pieces of purchasing data per year and lifestyle data from over 70 million consumers, and also connecting multiple data sources that contribute to marketing. CCC Marketing offers "Market Watch TV Edition," which allows you to evaluate TV commercials based on TV viewing data and purchasing data, and analyze TV viewing times and ranking menus of popular programs (including recordings) from various angles, regardless of gender or age.
Through this collaboration with Retty, we will be offering the "Food Trend Pack," a service that analyzes and identifies dining-out trends based on restaurant review data accumulated by Retty, Japan's largest real-name gourmet review service, utilizing the "Food Data Platform," a big data collaboration platform for the food industry. In addition, we will also offer the "Market and Competitor Pack," a service that uses data from "Resica," a household accounting app operated by CCC Marketing, to understand the market environment by analyzing purchases by business type, chain, and category.
The "Food Data Platform" was launched in October 2019 as a big data integration platform that integrates various food-related data accumulated by Retty and updated daily, and enables seamless data integration with corporate services.
