T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroaki Nagashima) and Toshiba Tec Corporation (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hironobu Nishikori) have collaborated in the field of electronic receipt services, and have launched the electronic receipt service " T Receipt by Smart Receipt We are pleased to announce that we will be launching the "T Receipt" service. The first to introduce the "T Receipt" service will be "Ryubo Store," a supermarket chain operated within Okinawa Prefecture by Ryubo Store Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Itokazu Goichi).
The new service, "T Receipt," is an electronic receipt service based on the "Smart Receipt" function integration from Toshiba Tec. In-storeMobile T CardWhen you present this card, your purchase receipt will be digitized and you can receive a "T-Point AppYou can immediately check your receipt details as part of your shopping history by clicking "By digitizing paper receipts, we are positioning this as an eco-friendly service.
Ryubo Store will begin offering "T Receipt" and Mobile T Card services from August 4, 2020. Mobile T Card is a service that allows you to earn and use T Points just like a T Card by presenting the barcode screen displayed on your smartphone at the time of payment. Going forward, we plan to expand the introduction of "T Receipt" to other T Point partners, and also provide the "T Receipt" function on apps provided by our partners.
