TSUTAYA BOOKS Co., Ltd. will be selling a limited number of copies of the anthology "Perch," written entirely by Naoki Matayoshi, from Saturday, September 26th on the e-commerce sites of "TSUTAYA BOOKS Fukuoka Airport," which will be relocated and reopened on September 26th, and "Haneda Airport TSUTAYA BOOKS."

"Perch" is a work created for the special place that is the airport. The book was originally planned to be sold exclusively at the Haneda Airport TSUTAYA BOOKS, which opened on March 29, 2020 (currently closed and only available online), but the release was postponed due to store closures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

[Overview of “Perch”]
"Perch" is an anthology written entirely by Naoki Matayoshi.
The total number of pages is 128. Contains short stories, essays, a series of short stories, free-style haiku, and more.
There are five cover color patterns, each with a special bookmark.
The book is designed by Asami Sato, illustrated by Yanagi Tomoyuki, edited by Kowloon Joe, and planned and produced by Ayako Kimura.

*An original stamp with a dial-type date stamp, created in conjunction with "Perch," will be available in-store at Haneda Airport TSUTAYA BOOKS once it reopens.
You can stamp the date of the day you visit the airport with this book on any page you like.


To commemorate the publication of "Perch," a roundtable discussion with the production team is now available on Bunshun Online.
