Starting Wednesday, October 14th, the electronic receipt service "T Receipt by Smart Receipt" (hereinafter "T Receipt"), which is based on the "Smart Receipt" function collaboration between T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nagashima Hiroaki) and Toshiba Tec Corporation (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nishikori Hironobu), will be introduced at all home improvement stores operated by Makeman Co., Ltd. (Head office: Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Miyagi Junichi).
All nine Makeman stores in Okinawa Prefecture will begin offering the "T Receipt" service in addition to the "Mobile T-CARD."
"Mobile T-CARD" is a service that allows you to earn and use T POINT just like a T-CARD by presenting the barcode screen displayed on your smartphone at the time of payment.
"T Receipt" is an electronic receipt service that allows you to present your "Mobile T-CARD" at the store when making a purchase, and the receipt is digitized so that you can immediately check the receipt details as shopping history from the "T-POINT App."By digitizing paper receipts, the company is positioning this as an eco-friendly service, and the service has already begun to be offered at Ryubo Store, a supermarket chain operating in Okinawa Prefecture.
