Digital stamp service "T Stamp by LinkRay" now available within the T Point app

CCC Marketing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura) has begun offering "T Stamp by LinkRay" within the T-POINT app, which utilizes the digital stamp service "Hikari Stamp" jointly developed with Panasonic System Solutions Japan Co., Ltd. using the optical ID technology "LinkRay™." The service began at the cream puff specialty store "Beard Papa's Freshly Made Workshop" on Thursday, November 5, 2020, and at the 100-yen shop "Watts" on Thursday, November 12, 2020. This means that companies that adopt "T Stamp by LinkRay" will be able to implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) without having to install a POS system.

"T Stamp by LinkRay" is a digital stamp service that allows you to receive a stamp when purchasing a product by simply launching the T-POINT app, selecting "Stamp Card" from the "Earn/Use" menu, and holding the card over a "LinkRay™" compatible tabletop transmitter installed in participating stores. This allows you to receive a stamp when purchasing a product, and you can then receive coupons depending on the number of stamps you have. "T Stamp by LinkRay" will provide customers who use the T-POINT app with unique stamps and point incentives from the store that has adopted the service, as well as coupons and special offers.

With the new "T Stamp by LinkRay," retail distribution, service, and restaurant businesses can use the T-POINT Member database for CRM, enabling comprehensive CRM by linking with T-POINT Member IDs without the need to install a POS system. By providing comprehensive visualization of sales promotion support for T-POINT members who use the T-POINT app, analyzing behavioral data such as store visits and stamp issuance, and formulating strategies based on analysis of customer information on actual store visits, and recommending optimal products and services at the optimal time, it is possible to build better relationships with consumers. Furthermore, as cashless transactions continue to increase and consumers' shopping environments are shifting digitally, digital services can be introduced simply by preparing a LinkRay™ compatible tabletop transmitter. CCC Marketing plans to gradually expand the number of companies adopting "T Stamp by LinkRay."

The optical ID technology "LinkRay™" allows you to quickly obtain information by receiving the ID signal transmitted from an LED light source with your smartphone. By simply reading the optical signals (ID) emitted from lights and other sources used in the city (digital signage, billboards, LED lighting with a "light ID" transmission function) with your smartphone camera (taking a photo with a dedicated app), you can obtain a variety of information.
