- "TSUTAYA Winter Selection 100" begins on Friday, November 27th -
The TSUTAYA app, provided by Tsutaya Bookstore Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TSUTAYA), which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, was revamped on Friday, November 27th to enable users to purchase TSUTAYA original products, popular entertainment titles, stationery goods, and other products. This means that even if a product is not available at your local TSUTAYA store, you can easily purchase it from anywhere in the country via the app or website and have it delivered to your home or store. In conjunction with this, the "TSUTAYA Winter Selection 100" campaign will begin on Friday, November 27th.
Three points to keep in mind when purchasing with the TSUTAYA app
1: You can now purchase products that aren't available at your local TSUTAYA
Original products that are only available at Futako Tamagawa Tsutaya Electrics (Tokyo) and Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore (Tokyo) can now be purchased from anywhere in Japan via the app and website. You can also easily order and receive items that are not available at your local TSUTAYA store using the app.
2: You can pick up your order not only at home but also at a TSUTAYA store.
Currently, approximately 70% of users of TSUTAYA's e-commerce site, "TSUTAYA Online Shopping," pick up their purchases at a TSUTAYA store. Even if you are not at home to receive your package, you can specify a TSUTAYA store near your home or workplace and pick it up at a time that is convenient for you, eliminating the need for redelivery.
3: If you select store pickup, shipping will be free
If you choose to pick up your order at a TSUTAYA store, there will be no delivery charge. Of course, we also offer home delivery (shipping costs depend on the purchase amount).
