T-Point Japan Co., Ltd., Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., CCC Marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCC Group"), and ENEOS Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "ENEOS") are pleased to announce that the "T-Point x ENEOS Golf Tournament" (hereinafter referred to as "the Tournament"), a women's professional golf tour officially recognized by the Ladies Professional Golf Association of Japan (JLPGA), will be held at Kagoshima Takamaki Country Club (Aira City, Kagoshima Prefecture) over three days from Friday, March 19th to Sunday, March 21st, 2021.
This tournament, which will be held for the 10th time since its first event at Kagoshima Takamaki Country Club in 2010, will be held in Kagoshima for the first time in four years with the cooperation of Misumi Co., Ltd., a business partner of both companies. With Kido Ai and Shibuno Hinako as host professionals, a heated battle will unfold.
This tournament will take infection prevention measures to minimize the risk of infection as much as possible, in accordance with the spread of COVID-19, government guidelines, and the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Countermeasures for Professional Golf Tournaments in Japan," which serve as guidelines for the operation of professional golf tournaments. ■Total prize money: 100 million yen Winner: 18 million yen
■ Competition method: 54-hole stroke play
(1) After 36 holes, the top 60 players will advance to the final round.
(2) If there are two or more players in first place at the end of the final round, a hole-by-hole playoff will be held at a hole designated by the Competition Committee on the day to determine one winner.
■Competition rules: The Rules of Golf approved by the R&A and USGA (effective January 2019), JLPGA local rules and competition conditions, and additional local rules for this tournament will apply.
■Ticket sales: Ticket sales are currently undecided. Once confirmed, we will announce it on the official website.
■Other: The content, including whether the tournament will be held or not, may be subject to change in the future depending on government and local government policies and the spread of COVID-19.
