Tsutaya Bookstore Co., Ltd., which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will begin selling 12 items from its new lineup of TSUTAYA's original stationery brand, HEDERA, on Friday, December 18th, and two items from Friday, December 25th (※) at approximately 340 TSUTAYA Bookstores, TSUTAYA, and TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE stores nationwide, as well as on TSUTAYA's e-commerce site, TSUTAYA Online Shopping.

"HEDERA" means "ivy" in Latin, and is an original TSUTAYA stationery brand based on the concept of expressing women in an attractive way, just like the ivy that clings to flowers. The new products include a new color (burgundy) of the Premium Color oil-based ballpoint pen equipped with TSUTAYA's original ink "Soft Sonic," which was released last year, as well as new colors (11 types) of the popular gel ink ballpoint pen, and two new types of drafting mechanical pencils.
The original brand "HEDERA" was launched in October 2017 with the release of staplers, scissors and other items featuring sharp and functional designs aimed at "adult women."Then, in 2018, under the slogan "HEDERA for students too," the brand released more practical items such as notebooks and loose-leaf paper, and in 2019, it focused on writing instruments based on the concept of "making the hands of adult women look beautiful."This new product lineup adds new colors and models to popular writing instruments.
TSUTAYA will continue to expand its lineup of original stationery that combines design and functionality to add color to your life.

HEDERA new product product details

□Gel ink ballpoint pen

・New color price: 100 yen (excluding tax) / Pure Heart price: 180 yen (excluding tax) *Ball diameter is 0.5 mm for both
Since its release last year, the gel ink ballpoint pen (a collaboration product with Shanghai writing brand kaco) has been a huge hit, and we will be releasing 10 new colors and one new model.
The new colors are the pastel color series and the smoky color series. The heart design of "Pure Heart" is not printed with paint, but is finished with a molded type that also prevents rolling.

SoftSonic Basic Oil-Based Ballpoint Pen (New Premium Color: Burgundy)

Price: 250 yen (excluding tax) / Ink: Black / Ball diameter: 0.5 mm
This is a new color of the SoftSonic Premium Color, which was released last year and received great acclaim. For the first time, HEDERA conducted a social media survey and will be releasing new colors that were popular with customers. A chic and feminine burgundy has been added to the lineup.

Standard drafting pencil 0.3mm

Price: 1,000 yen (excluding tax) / Body color: Black
In response to popular demand from our customers, a 0.3mm lead diameter has been added to our drafting mechanical pencil series, which was released last year and has been well received.

□Drafting Sharpie II 0.5mm

・Price: 1,200 yen (excluding tax) / Color: Black
This is a new product in the drafting pencil series. The grip is made of metal, and the weight and design give it a luxurious feel. It also has a fine tip that provides a wide field of view and is suitable for detailed work. Of course, this product will also attract attention when used for business or study purposes other than drafting.
