CCC Group Tokuma Shoten, Tsutaya Electrics +, and GREEN FUNDING collaborate
&GP (pronounced: AndGP), an online product information media operated by Tokuma Shoten Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), is pleased to announce that it has begun offering &GP GREEN PLAN, which provides comprehensive marketing support for new product launches, in collaboration with One More Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which operates the crowdfunding site GREEN FUNDING, and Tsutaya Electrics+ (pronounced: Tsutaya Kaden Plus), Japan's first next-generation showroom for the internet age operated by Tsutaya Electrics Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo).
■About the first project of "&GP GREEN PLAN"
According to a crowdfunding market survey conducted by the Japan Crowdfunding Association (※1), the market size of purchase-based crowdfunding has roughly tripled from 7.7 billion yen in 2019 to 22.3 billion yen in 2020, making it one of the markets attracting attention amid stay-at-home consumption.
Since January 2020, Tsutaya Electrics+ and GREEN FUNDING have offered the "GREEN PLAN," which displays products listed on crowdfunding sites in physical stores and supports new product launches both online and offline.
Meanwhile, due to the stay-at-home order caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of views of the product information web media "&GP," which was launched in 2015 as the web media for the magazine "GoodsPress," has continued to increase, reaching a record high of 23 million monthly page views in May 2020.
&GP, whose slogan is "Make your everyday life more convenient, make your weekends more meaningful!!", aims to support creators both in Japan and overseas by disseminating information about the projects of various manufacturers attempting crowdfunding, and to bring unique ideas and products that have been overlooked until now to consumers.
The three companies are now launching the "&GP GREEN PLAN," which will distribute detailed information about new products that are being crowdfunded, providing customer value to both manufacturers and supporters.
Manufacturers who use the "&GP GREEN PLAN" can post product information on "&GP" for free, and can also exhibit their products at Tsutaya Electrics+ at a special price (※2).
■About the first project of "&GP GREEN PLAN"
The first project will be carried out by Irodrip Co., Ltd. (※3). Further details will be released soon on "GREEN FUNDING," "Tsutaya Electrics+," and "&GP."
