—Direct media delivery to those who come into contact with the outdoor visions of "Shibuya Hachiko" and "Dotonbori"—

CCC Marketing Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter referred to as "CCC Marketing") and Hit Inc. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Atsuyuki Matsumaru; hereinafter referred to as "Hit"), a company specializing in outdoor advertising, have begun collaborating to conduct direct marketing to people who have come into contact with outdoor vision advertising. As a first step, we are pleased to announce that they have created a direct media package aimed at people who have come into contact with "Shibuhachi Hit Vision" in Shibuya, Tokyo and "Tsutaya Ebisubashi Hit Vision" in Dotonbori, Osaka.

Through this collaboration, the aim is to provide more effective promotions by using T members' movement information to identify people who are likely to have come into contact with the target outdoor vision advertisements and delivering direct media seamlessly. In the first phase, CCC Marketing will provide a media package that will enable direct mail and video mail distribution to those who come into contact with "Shibuhachi Hit Vision," which includes the large outdoor screen at the Hachiko exit of Shibuya Station in Tokyo, and "Tsutaya Ebisubashi Hit Vision," located in Dotonbori, Osaka. This initiative will continue even after the state of emergency is lifted, while checking the status of people refraining from going out to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the amount of exposure to outdoor vision advertising, and considering the optimal solution for companies and consumers.

Going forward, we will consider expanding the area of outdoor vision advertising while taking into consideration the impact of the spread of COVID-19, and will also develop package sales of expanded direct media both offline and online. In addition, in response to the challenge of outdoor media advertising, which is the difficulty of visualizing the consumers who come into contact with the ads, we plan to consider providing one-stop marketing solutions to a variety of companies based on the results of effectiveness verification obtained by analyzing purchasing data from over 5 billion annual transactions and lifestyle data from over 70 million consumers.

Shibuhachi Hit Vision (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo)

This is the largest single-sided digital advertising signage in Japan, visible from Shibuya Station's Hachiko Square and the scramble crossing. It is a huge advertising medium that can be "seen" by passersby, covering an area of 420 square meters, the equivalent of a basketball court. The main target is people in their teens to 30s who have a strong interest in music, fashion, etc. and have a high disposable income, but it is possible to reach a wide range of age groups, both men and women. Tsutaya Ebisubashi Hit Vision (Dotonbori, Osaka Prefecture)

This is an ultra-large outdoor advertising screen with a total area of approximately 455 square meters, installed on the walls and rooftop of the TSUTAYA Ebisubashi store in Dotonbori, Osaka. Within Osaka, the area around Dotonbori, home to Kani Doraku and the Glico sign, is a famous landmark that symbolizes Osaka, and it is said that the number of people passing through the area around Ebisubashi Bridge per day is about 200,000 on weekdays and about 350,000 on weekends and holidays. Even in the Ebisubashi area, where many large billboards are installed, Tsutaya Ebisubashi Hit Vision is an advertising medium that has a particularly strong presence due to its size and impact.
