T-Point signs gate naming rights contract with J.League team Mito Hollyhock

-Support will continue through visitor points and "Support T Cards"-
T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nagashima Hiroaki; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") and Football Club Mito Hollyhock Co., Ltd. (Head office: Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture; President and CEO: Kojima Kou; hereinafter referred to as "Mito Hollyhock") have concluded a 2021 T Point Program Agreement, following on from last year, as well as a gate naming rights agreement, and will begin installing the "T Point Gate" at "K's Denki Stadium Mito."
Since 60% of people in Ibaraki Prefecture use T Cards, T Point Japan has been supporting the Mito Hollyhock, which is based in Mito, Ibaraki, since 2017, in order to make the points service even more familiar to people in Ibaraki, together with Book Ace Co., Ltd., an area alliance partner agency that brings together T Point affiliated stores in the region.
Starting with the J2 match between Mito Hollyhock and Omiya Ardija, which kicks off on Sunday, February 28, 2021, T-Point Gates will be set up at K's Denki Stadium Mito for all 21 matches. In addition to awarding points for visitors, we are also planning to collaborate with various companies in Mito City, including T-Point member stores, centered around Book Ace Co., Ltd., and will use the T-Point Gate to help revitalize Mito City's local economy.
We will also continue to offer T-Point services, including the aforementioned gift of attendance points, as well as a campaign where T-Points will be doubled at participating stores the day after Mito Hollyhock wins.We are also accepting applications for the Mito Hollyhock Support T-Card, which has currently (as of the end of January 2021) been issued in 3,072 cards, totaling 525,890 points.T-Points earned on the Support T-Card will continue to be automatically used to support the club, such as for stadium construction and team strengthening.
Even amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Mito Hollyhock and T-Point Japan will continue to provide services that allow people in the Mito and surrounding areas to enjoy shopping with peace of mind through the contactless Mobile T-Card, and to support Mito Hollyhock, as well as help create an environment where people can enjoy Mito Hollyhock matches with peace of mind.
In the future, I would like to work with the club team, supporters, and the people of Ibaraki Prefecture to achieve promotion to J1. We will also continue to plan and provide services that Mito Hollyhock supporters can enjoy from the bottom of their hearts, and aim to create value that allows them to experience the true essence of sports - its wonderful power to move people's hearts.

■Regarding strengthening support funds using T Points: All accumulated T Points will be automatically deducted. Of the deducted points, 30% will be deducted as an administration fee.
*Automatic deduction of T Points is scheduled to continue until August 1, 2024.

■Service details: When you purchase products at the Mito Hollyhock Goods Shop at K's Denki Stadium Mito or buy tickets, you will earn 1 T Point for every 200 yen (tax included), and you can use the accumulated T Points at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. In addition, as attendance points, those who check in at the stadium using a T-Card coupon from a mobile T-Card or other device will earn 10 points, and those who present their T-Card at the special booth will earn 5 points. In addition, the day after your win, you will earn double the T Points when shopping at participating stores.
