T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nagashima Hiroaki; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") and Clear Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yokota Daizo; hereinafter referred to as "Clear") are pleased to announce the launch of the real estate investment crowdfunding service "CREAL x T Point" (hereinafter referred to as "this service") for T members from Monday, March 22, 2021. T Point Japan and Clear entered into a business partnership agreement in September 2020 with the aim of providing new asset management methods to T members. This service is a real estate investment crowdfunding service provided by CREAL, and is available exclusively to T members, allowing them to earn T points through investments.

CREAL's mission is to "change real estate investment, change society," and through its real estate investment crowdfunding service "CREAL," it has been providing high-quality real estate investment opportunities, which were previously only available to a select few wealthy individuals and institutional investors, to a wide range of individual investors. In order to enable more people to use the service for asset formation while maintaining the same content as CREAL, we have partnered with T Point Japan, which has a membership network of over 70 million people across Japan, and have released CREAL x T Point as a service exclusively for T members. T Members can register for this service and open an account via the service website (https://creal.jp/tpoint/), complete the T Point usage procedure, and make investments through this service to earn T Points according to the investment amount*1.

*1 If you have already opened an account with CREAL, you cannot transfer your points to "CREAL x T Points."

▼ Overview of real estate investment crowdfunding service "CREAL"
CREAL launched its service in November 2018 as a real estate investment service that can be easily started with just 10,000 yen. We purchase properties using funds collected from investors on CREAL, operate them for a certain period of time, and then sell them. The system works by paying rent during the management period to investors in proportion to their investment amount, and returning the principal after the property is sold. It is characterized by its active investment in large properties that are difficult for ordinary individual investors to invest in, and by its active involvement in the formation of ESG real estate investment*2 funds that contribute to solving social issues.
To date, a total of 40 funds have been established, with cumulative funding exceeding 8 billion yen, making it the real estate investment crowdfunding service with the highest managed assets*3 (as of March 22, 2021).

*2 ESG real estate investment: Real estate investment that takes into consideration the environment, society, and corporate governance, and contributes to solving urgent issues such as population decline and an aging society.
