Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as CCC) will integrate four intermediate holding companies and their affiliates into CCC, including CCC LIFESTYLE Co., Ltd., which operates TSUTAYA and Tsutaya Bookstores, and CCC MARKETING HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., which operates a database marketing business, effective April 1, 2021.
As a planning company, CCC will maximize the intellectual capital and group synergies of each company in order to respond to the rapid changes in society and lifestyles, and as a unified group, will propose to clients plans that are even more valuable than ever before and that will serve as the foundation for the future.

As of today, the executive appointments for major CCC Group companies have been decided, effective April 1, 2021. CCC plans to make a formal decision at its general shareholders' meeting to be held on March 31, 2021, and its board of directors meeting to be held on April 1, 2021.
