--T-Money payments can now be made at over 1.24 million locations nationwide by holding up your Android smartphone! Earn 10x T-Points with this campaign, starting June 1st--

T-Money Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura), a group company of Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (CCC), a planning company that proposes new lifestyles, is pleased to announce that T-Money, an electronic money service used by 70 million people, has begun supporting iD on Android smartphones from Wednesday, May 26, 2021, following Apple Pay on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. In addition, starting Tuesday, June 1st, we will be launching a campaign where you can earn 10 times the T Points when you use "T Money Kazate Pay" on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android smartphone.

"T Money" is electronic money that can be used by loading cash onto a T Card/Mobile T Card. Android smartphone users can link their iD and T Money accounts on the T Point app and make contactless T Money payments by holding their smartphone over any of the 1.24 million iD terminals installed in supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, shopping malls, restaurants, electronics retailers and other stores nationwide.

You can also use T Money to make payments on internet sites that accept Mastercard®. When paying with T Money, you will earn T Points according to the amount, and the accumulated T Points can be used at T Point partner stores and services nationwide, starting from 1 point, and can also be used to top up your T Money.

As the COVID-19 pandemic pushes for a "new normal," T Money will accelerate its mobile shift strategy, enabling its 70 million T members to shop safely and enjoyably, and offering lifestyle suggestions that will make their daily lives even smarter.

■How to set up:
1. Tap "T Money and Pay" in the "T Point" app
2. Check the "Service" details and tap "Next"
3. Tap "Start procedure."Verify your phone number.
4. Enter your "Member Information", check the terms and conditions, and tap "Agree to the terms and conditions and continue".
5. Check your "Member Information" and tap "Register"
6. On the "Osaifu-Keitai Settings" screen, tap "Set as Osaifu-Keitai."
7. You can set your preference for "T-Money Tap and Pay."
8. When the message "Setup complete" is displayed, the process is complete.
*You must first install the Osaifu-Keitai app or iD app on your smartphone and make sure it is the latest version.

How to charge T-Money:
1. Top up with cash at T-Money member stores
2. Auto-charge and credit charge by credit card
3. Charge with T Points
4. Charge with Paidy deferred payment
■ Charge amount: In 1,000 yen increments up to a maximum balance of 30,000 yen
■Available amount: 1 yen to 30,000 yen
■ T-Points: 1 T-Point will be awarded for every 500 yen (tax included) spent on T-Money in a month
*You can earn double points for payment and shopping at T Point partner stores.

During the campaign period from June 1st (Tuesday) to July 31st (Saturday), you can earn 10 times the T Points by using "T Money Kazate Pay" on your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android smartphone.
