-TSUTAYA Tamachi Ekimae store will reopen on Monday, August 23rd, with the entire building transformed into a SHARE LOUNGE, and online meeting booths will also be increased to 13 seats-

TSUTAYA Tamachi Ekimae store, operated by Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. Tsutaya Bookstore Company, will be transformed into a SHARE LOUNGE throughout the building and will reopen with a new look on Monday, August 23rd.

Last year, the store was renovated into a bookstore with a cafe and a "SHARE LOUNGE" that combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge." However, with the current situation of widespread remote work, many customers have requested that the SHARE LOUNGE's seating and online meeting booths be expanded. Therefore, the entire building has been reborn as a SHARE LOUNGE, with seating capacity significantly increased to 160, and 13 online meeting booths available.

The first floor is a communication floor perfect for meetings and chatting with friends. The second floor is designed as a place where you can concentrate on work or reading alone.

Tamachi is open from 6:30am as many people are looking for a place to concentrate on work from early in the morning. There is also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks for relaxing after work. For the first time, SHARE LOUNGE will be serving sparkling wine (alcohol is not served during the state of emergency).

1. Share Lounge throughout the building! We offer the convenience of a shared office and the comfort of a lounge.

The seating capacity has been expanded to 160, and 13 online meeting booths are also available. The first floor is a cafe-like space perfect for chatting with friends or holding meetings, while the second floor is a space where you can concentrate on work or reading.

2. Completely cashless and smart check-in/check-out eliminates the hassle of paying.

You can pay smartly using cashless payment methods such as credit cards, transportation IC cards, T-Money, and PayPay. We recommend smart check-in and check-out by making reservations and paying in advance using the SHARE LOUNGE app. If you register your credit card in the app and make a payment in advance, you will also receive a discount on your usage fee.

3. Books and magazines will also be sold.

The library has 10,000 books and magazines, mainly focusing on liberal arts for business people. You can purchase books even if you do not use the SHARE LOUNGE.

4. The largest selection of soft drinks, alcohol, nuts, and more at SHARE LOUNGE in Tokyo.

After checking in, you can enjoy free drinks and free snacks (nuts). Drinks include healthy drinks such as fruit water and vegetable juice. We also offer alcoholic beverages such as Hoegaarden and Hoegaarden Rosé beers, as well as sparkling wine. Alcohol will be served once the state of emergency is lifted.

*If you do not wish to use the SHARE LOUNGE and would only like to purchase books, there is no hourly usage fee. Please ask a member of staff at the store entrance.
