Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCC") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") hereby announce that at their respective board of directors meetings held on September 27, 2021, they resolved to change the Representative Director and President of T Point Japan, as well as the executive officers of CCC Tsutaya Bookstore Company, effective October 1, 2021, as follows:

1. Reasons for the executive personnel changes
　A year and a half has passed since the unprecedented disaster, and digital transformation and new lifestyles have begun to take hold in various aspects of our lives at a remarkable pace. However, there are still no signs of the disaster coming to an end. In this environment, the CCC Group has decided to make changes to the executive personnel of its Tsutaya Bookstore and Marketing businesses, which are the core of the CCC Group, in order to increase the speed at which it creates projects that will provide even greater customer value and serve as a foundation for the future.

　Under this new structure, we will continue to maximize the intellectual capital and group synergies of each company, and strive to create value that leads to the proposal of new lifestyles.
