Yasusaki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture; President and CEO: Masaharu Yasusaki; hereinafter referred to as "Yasusaki"), which operates food supermarkets and other businesses in the Hokuriku region, mainly in Fukui Prefecture, T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan"), and T Money Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter referred to as "T Money") will begin offering the electronic money service "T Money," which can be used with T Cards and Mobile T Cards, at Gourmetkan, Fashion Plaza, and Y Home stores from Monday, November 1, 2021, as the third installment of a series of safe shopping services for the new normal era.

Contactless electronic payment

We are also holding a commemorative campaign where you can receive up to 300 T Points!
By presenting the "Yasusaki App" once, you can complete all the steps from point acquisition to payment to receipt management without contact.

With the aim of providing safe shopping services in the new normal era, Yasusaki and T Point Japan added features such as the Mobile T Card and a time-of-day crowd check service to the renewed Yasusaki App smartphone app in October 2020. In April 2021, they began offering T Receipt, a contactless, eco-friendly electronic receipt, via the Yasusaki App at Gourmet Hall and Fashion Plaza. Currently, the number of downloads of the Yasusaki App has exceeded 15,000 (as of October 2021), and many customers using Gourmetkan, Fashion Plaza, and YHome are enjoying mobile-based shopping in the new normal era.

As the third part of our shopping services for the new normal era, we will begin offering the electronic money "T Money" service at Gourmetkan, Fashion Plaza, and YHome stores from Monday, November 1st, which allows customers to load cash onto their T Card/Mobile T Card and use it. When you present your T Card/Mobile T Card and pay with T Money when shopping, you will earn payment points in addition to the points you earn for regular purchases. In addition, the T points you have accumulated can be charged to "T Money" and used for your next purchase. Furthermore, by presenting the mobile T-Card on the Yasusaki App once at a store that supports the T-Receipt service, you can complete all processes, from points acquisition to payment with T-Money, and even issuing and managing electronic receipts, all on your mobile device, without any contact.

In addition, to commemorate the launch of the T Money service at Yasusaki, a T Money Charge Campaign will be held from Monday, November 1st to Friday, November 12th. If you charge T Money at the in-store register or at a charging machine installed in the store, you will receive up to 300 T Points depending on the amount charged. Take this opportunity to charge T Money to your T Card or Mobile T Card and try out shopping in the new normal era.

As a "new normal" is required to coexist with COVID-19, Yasusaki, T Point Japan, and T Money will utilize DX (digital transformation) through data and technology to create an environment where many customers can shop safely and enjoyably.
