Ebetsu Tsutaya Bookstore, which was opened in November 2018 by Ivy Design Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Ebetsu City, Hokkaido, President and CEO: Hiroya Kawata), a joint venture between Passive Home Co., Ltd. and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., with the concept of "Garden City Slow Life," is celebrating its third anniversary. In November 2021, three tenant stores in the "Living Building" were renovated, and on Wednesday, December 15th, two new stores, including one opening in Hokkaido for the first time, were opened in the "Food Building," marking the book's renewal.
