-The popular Irasutoya-designed T-Card now comes in a mobile-exclusive winter version!-

T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura) has launched an easy registration service that allows users to create a Mobile T Card in half the steps of previous methods in response to customer requests for an easier way to issue a Mobile T Card and for users to register a Mobile T Card even if they do not have their T Card on hand.

Mobile T Card is a service that is popular with customers of all ages, as it allows you to earn T Points with just one presentation of your smartphone and make payments with T Money. Particularly among the younger generation who seek out content that resonates with them, there is a growing trend to use T Cards with character designs featuring artists and characters as mobile T Cards, and Mobile T Cards are becoming popular as a relatable service in addition to the traditional convenience. In this situation, we are offering easy registration for the Mobile T Card in order to promote lifestyle proposals that will enable many people to enjoy shopping and make their daily lives even smarter.

■You can now issue a new Mobile T Card and register your information even if you don't have a Yahoo! JAPAN ID!
Until now, issuing a new Mobile T Card and registering member information required the prior acquisition of a Yahoo! JAPAN ID, but with this new service, you can register on the spot even if you don't have a Yahoo! JAPAN ID, cutting the number of steps from six to three in half.

■You can now register a mobile T-Card even if you don't have your T-Card with you!
If you wanted to use a T card issued at a store or other location as a mobile T card, you previously had to have the T card on hand and register the 16-digit T member number printed on the T card. However, from now on, you can simply enter your registered name, phone number, etc. to search for your T card number online and instantly issue a mobile T card.

■A winter version of the Irasutoya-designed T Card is now available exclusively for Mobile T Card!
To date, over 300 types of character-designed T cards have been issued, and they are used daily by fans, especially young people. Starting Friday, January 7, 2022, a special winter version of the illustrations by illustrator Takashi Mifune will be available exclusively for Mobile T Card. If you have a T card with an Irasutoya design, you can register your mobile T card and set a limited edition design that is different from the T card design.

As an entity that "connects people and society," T Point Japan aims to create projects that allow consumers all over Japan to enjoy shopping in a safe, secure, and convenient way.

With the Mobile T Card, you can use the same contactless services as a T Card by presenting the barcode screen displayed on the T Point App, T Point partner apps, PayPay, LINE, or other compatible apps at the time of payment, and you can earn and use T Points, make electronic payments with T Money, and more. Mobile T Card is available at approximately 36,000 stores nationwide, including FamilyMart, Welcia Group, TSUTAYA, Gusto, Bamiyan, Yoshinoya, and Autobacs.

■ Mobile T Card Campaign Overview
T-Point partner stores will be running campaigns from time to time where you can earn T-Points at great value by presenting your mobile T-Card. Additionally, Mobile T Card participating stores nationwide will be holding a "Double T Points with the App" campaign from Tuesday, February 1st to Thursday, March 31st, 2022. Advance entries will be accepted from Thursday, December 23rd.
