Taiwan Tsutaya and "GREEN FUNDING" support Taiwanese companies entering the Japanese market

-The first product is the "iTemp" smart mug and bowl from Taiwan-

Tsutaya Taiwan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiwan Tsutaya"), which operates lifestyle proposal businesses in Taiwan including "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE", and One More Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "One More"), a CCC Group company that operates the crowdfunding site "GREEN FUNDING", are working together to support Taiwanese manufacturers in their expansion into the Japanese market through crowdfunding, with the aim of bringing high-quality products from Taiwan to Japan.

This will enable Taiwanese companies to use crowdfunding on "GREEN FUNDING" through a contract with Taiwan Tsutaya to test market their products in Japan.
Compared to the past, this will not only allow us to access the market more quickly and with a lower initial budget, but it will also enable us to offer products at more affordable prices to Japanese consumers.

As the first step in this initiative, we will begin selling the Taiwanese-made smart mug and bowl "iTemp" on GREEN FUNDING from January 19th.

To date, Taiwan Tsutaya has operated six "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE" stores in Taiwan, offering a wide selection of Japanese books and magazines, as well as Japanese stationery, food products, cosmetics and other items that can only be found at "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE" in Taiwan, and by offering these products alongside the books and magazines, has been able to bring Japanese culture to the people of Taiwan.

In the future, Taiwan Tsutaya will discover high-quality products from Taiwanese manufacturers and act as their sales agent in Japan, while One More will support proposals through "GREEN FUNDING." By supporting Taiwanese manufacturers in their expansion into Japan, the two companies aim to become a bridge between the cultures of Japan and Taiwan by spreading high-quality products from Taiwan to Japanese customers.

What is GREEN FUNDING?
A crowdfunding site operated by One More Co., Ltd., a member of the CCC Group. In collaboration with stores such as "Tsutaya Bookstore," "Tsutaya Electrics Futako Tamagawa," and "TSUTAYA," the site features projects in a variety of genres, including gadgets, miscellaneous goods, movies, publishing, and music.
Currently, together with 55 partners, we have supported over 3,100 projects in raising a total of over 8.7 billion yen.
