GMO Internet Group's GMO GlobalSign Holdings Inc. (CEO: Mitsuru Aoyama, hereinafter referred to as GMO GlobalSign HD), CCC Marketing Inc. (CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura, hereinafter referred to as CCC Marketing), and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura, hereinafter referred to as T Point Japan) have signed a memorandum of understanding for a strategic business alliance in the mobility marketing field.
Going forward, the two companies will consider developing new platforms and strategic business alliances to realize mobility marketing that combines GMO GlobalSign HD's connected car mobility data with CCC Marketing and T Point Japan's purchasing data on over 70 million people.

Thanks to advanced safety technologies that support drivers and technological innovations in the automobile body, driving safety, comfort, and convenience are continually improving. On the other hand, services that improve the enjoyment and experience of connecting to destinations and travel destinations are still in their infancy.
GMO GlobalSign HD, which provides various IoT platforms, has been utilizing IoT technology in the mobility field as well, and has been working on various initiatives to turn a wide range of vehicle types, including regular vehicles, into connected cars. In 2017, we developed "LINKDrive byGMO," an IoT solution for automobiles that enables automatic analysis and remote diagnosis of vehicle conditions through an aftermarket in-vehicle connector, supporting a safe, secure, and convenient driving environment for drivers.
Meanwhile, CCC Marketing and T Point Japan launched the "MaaS (Mobility as a Service) Planning Promotion Project" in 2021, aiming to realize a well-being society brought about by mobility for all consumers in the mobility sector, which is undergoing major transformation. We aim to realize a sustainable and better society by working on car life marketing in collaboration with various partners, based on diverse and unique data (*1).

GMO GlobalSign HD, CCC Marketing, and T Point Japan have concluded a memorandum of understanding to create synergies by combining the technologies and data of each company, and to create new value for travel, including driving, shopping, and traveling.

Going forward, the two companies will tackle major changes in values in the mobility field and work on various initiatives that combine each other's databases and knowledge. Furthermore, in order to provide safe and affordable services to drivers, we will consider developing a new platform that will allow drivers to enjoyably accumulate points based on their travel and area by linking with LINKDrive byGMO using the T Card, which is used by over 70 million people in Japan, as their ID.
In addition, GMO GlobalSign HD and CCC Marketing will build profiling data by analyzing the trends, movements, and behavioral changes behind consumer purchases, and will proceed with discussions to provide new marketing services to companies. GMO GlobalSign HD and T Point Japan will also consider various promotions using T Points and the creation of new collaborative businesses with T Point alliance partners.
Through these efforts, GMO GlobalSign HD, CCC Marketing, and T Point Japan will contribute to solving social issues facing the mobility industry and realizing next-generation car life.

This smartphone app automatically analyzes the condition of your vehicle and provides preventive maintenance to prevent problems before they occur, as well as visualizing issues like a decline in fuel efficiency that may be difficult to notice. To start using the service, simply connect the LINKDrive Connector, which can collect and manage vehicle data stored in the car's ECU via the cloud, to the car's OBDII port and follow the app's instructions to pair your smartphone with your car (internet connection).
