The CCC Marketing Group, consisting of three companies: CCC Marketing Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kitamura Kazuhiko), T-Point Japan Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kitamura Kazuhiko), and T-Money Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kitamura Kazuhiko), has produced and is releasing a brand movie that captures the world that the group's mission, "UNIQUE DATA, SMALL HAPPY.", aims to achieve.

In November 2021, CCC Marketing Group declared that it would open up "UNIQUE DATA" to society at large, create an open platform aimed at co-creating value from social data with diverse partners, and give that value back to society. The mission that underpins this declaration, "UNIQUE DATA, SMALL HAPPY," signifies our mission to connect "individual lifestyles"—each person's unique personality, values, and aspirations—with the "society" that surrounds them, and to create small moments of happiness every day for every person in the world.

The newly released Mission brand movie conveys the message, "You called it happiness, the world that Mission aims for. " is the key message, and the story is based on "SMALL HAPPY," which is important to the CCC Marketing Group, and we have created a video that depicts a world of warm people surrounded by small happiness. What the CCC Marketing Group values is not the great happiness that comes from competing with others, but the small happiness that allows a person to live each day to the fullest. Irreplaceable things in our daily lives. I believe that being surrounded by such things will make people kinder and the town warmer. We aim to use data for this purpose and create a prosperous future.

Perhaps what we mean by happiness is beginning to change. Happiness may not be something you can obtain by comparing yourself to others, but something that is within you. Does data make people happy? I made a video answering that question. The small happiness that weak people who feel lonely can find when they meet someone who understands them. These fragments of a movie that came to mind became the commercial. My aunt and I. I think the script may have been written to capture this profile shot of the two of them.

What kind of person was "aunt" to me? During my rebellious phase, I would stay overnight at my aunt's house. The song that was playing in the car that came to pick me up was "Sky Through Glasses" by DREAMS COME TRUE. The profile of the woman driving, with gently drooping wrinkles at the corners of her eyes. The vivid memories still lie deep in my heart. And it still saves me from time to time. This time, I was able to take part in a production that reminded me of that. Regarding the concept of this work, "Does data make people happy?", my opinion is that it is far from happiness. Data is convenient and efficient, but I think it's things that can't be quantified, things that can't be seen, that can bring us "happiness"...that's what I think now. Like the profile of my aunt that time. I'm not sure if this shoot was "efficient" as time just passed by, but the time I spent with everyone definitely made me "happy."

I felt comfortable during this shoot. Taking photos with people I love, a slightly sad view, and a pleasant breeze. I felt a sense of ordinary happiness in this story, which was nothing special. Happiness is a given. Data is also a given. Although there is no direct connection, data surely makes people happy. I think data and happiness are kind of related. Like me and my aunt. Because data is so commonplace, we don't notice the small joys it can bring. But I hope there will be more of these small joys.

To realize our motto, "UNIQUE DATA, SMALL HAPPY," the CCC Marketing Group will continue to transform the important information entrusted to us by our customers into something valuable and give it back to society at large, thereby contributing to the realization of a better society.
