Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd.
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as CCC) has today decided on the executive appointments for CCC and its major group subsidiaries effective April 1, 2022.
CCC will revamp its management structure by selecting two new executives to lead the company into the next generation. In addition, we will change our organizational structure to an autonomous network-based organization, with the aim of allowing each employee to proactively interact with customers and make decisions quickly.
As a planning company, we strive to create customer value with high swiftness, establish a system in which each company can work together under the same vision and values, and provide lifestyle proposals to consumers and solutions to the problems of client companies and local communities.
The new management structure is scheduled to be officially decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 31, 2022, and the Board of Directors meeting to be held on April 1, 2022.

[Introducing two new executives]
Yasunori Takahashi
Born in 1973.
After joining CCC in 1997, he served as a human resources leader in the FC Business Headquarters, and in 2006 he became the President and Representative Director of CCC Casting Co., Ltd. He subsequently served as an executive officer at CCC, managing director of TSUTAYA Co., Ltd., and advisor to the company, and in 2021 he became the representative director and president of Catalyst Data Partners, Inc. (current position), which aims to revitalize society through open data. We are engaged in a business that utilizes data to revitalize the publishing industry.
He is scheduled to become CCC's Executive Vice President and COO in April 2022.
Masuda Soroku
Born in 1983.
In 2016, he became the CEO of Sou-Two Co., Ltd. In 2021, he became the company's representative director and chairman (current position).
After being appointed as an outside auditor of CCC in 2011, he served as an outside director and was appointed Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Division in 2021.
He is scheduled to become Executive Managing Director, CFO and Head of Corporate Affairs at CCC from April 2022.
