Mynavi Teens Lab () is a comprehensive information site run by Mynavi Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya) that conducts marketing and research for teens. https://teenslab.mynavi.jp/) and CCC Marketing Research Institute (Director: Minoru Niihashi, hereinafter referred to as CCC Marketing Research Institute), which is conducting research on young people, mainly through the Under 30 Awareness Survey Report, in collaboration with CCC Marketing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhiko Kitamura), have conducted a joint survey of companies that develop services and products for Generation Z and teens, and will be hosting a free webinar on Friday, April 15th to explain the results of this survey.
This is the first time we have conducted an interview survey of Mynavi Teens members nationwide, focusing on the "growing sweets market among female high school students (hereafter referred to as "JK") and female university students (hereafter referred to as "JD") amid the COVID-19 pandemic," which was revealed through an analysis of 6 billion types of product data held by unique data*1.
"Mynavi Teens Lab" provides a variety of information about the market for teenage girls from a unique perspective, including survey data obtained from members (aged 13-19) of "Mynavi Teens," a YouTube-linked website for high school girls, examples of marketing activities that have actually been effective, and analytical data from experts who are well-versed in the market.
Since its founding in 2020, CCC Marketing Research Institute has defined today's young people with diverse values as those under 30 (16-29 years old). By disseminating trend information and hosting online seminars based on consumption data, changes in mindset, the social environment, and economic conditions, the organization has been working as a "think tank closest to consumers" to solve the marketing challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and startups that provide services for young people.
Recently, with the spread of new lifestyles, people's values have changed significantly, and the values and trends of Generation Z are becoming more diverse than ever before. Mynavi Teens Lab and CCC Marketing Research Institute will combine the quantitative and qualitative data held by both companies, along with direction from researchers, to conduct interview surveys to understand teen purchasing habits and insights, with the aim of helping to solve the problems faced by companies that are implementing or exploring services, product development, and marketing activities for teens and Gen Z.
Mynavi Teens Lab and CCC Marketing Research Institute aim to create new social value by using the important data entrusted to them by consumers and daily interviews to understand the new values and needs of Generation Z that are emerging in this new lifestyle and delivering this information to various companies.
