(hereinafter referred to as "TSUTAYA") opened "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Kanazawa MZA" on the third floor of Kanazawa MZA, a long-established department store that opened 49 years ago and is operated by Kanazawa Marukoshi Department Store Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Takaaki Atsuta), a member of the Hero Group, on Friday, August 5, 2022, in conjunction with the renovation of Kanazawa MZA.
TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Kanazawa MZA, the first TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE to open in Kanazawa City, is based on the concept of "finding lovely gifts for yourself or someone special," and is aimed at female customers in their 30s and older who visit Kanazawa MZA.The store offers a selection of books, stationery, miscellaneous goods, and home appliances, focusing on the categories of "food," "beauty," and "work style," and is a lifestyle-focused bookstore that can be enjoyed alone, with friends, or with family. In addition, we plan to open a "SHARE LOUNGE" this fall, which will combine the convenience of an office with the comfort of a cafe, so that it can be used by a wide range of customers, including business people and students.
