CCC Marketing Co., Ltd. and T Point Japan Co., Ltd., group companies of Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., will merge on October 1, 2022, with T Point Japan as the surviving company and CCC Marketing as the disappearing company, and the company name will be changed to "CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd."
