(Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka / Representative Director and President: Yoshiro Murata / hereinafter referred to as Takashimaya), and Toshin Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. (Head office: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director and President: Shinsuke Kuramoto / hereinafter referred to as Toshin Kaihatsu), a consolidated subsidiary of Takashimaya in the commercial development industry, will open Kyoto Tsutaya Bookstore in the Kyoto Takashimaya Shopping Center, which will open in the fall of 2023.

About TTC and Kyoto Tsutaya Bookstore
Kyoto Tsutaya Bookstore will open as a new store by TTC, which was established in October 2021 by Takashimaya, Toshin Development, and CCC with the aim of collaborating on a business that proposes lifestyle content as new content for the future shopping center and utilizing mutual channels for art sales.
Kyoto Tsutaya Bookstore will be the first store opened by TTC.
