Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will be holding the first ever sustainable car life event "KARUIZAWA MOTOR GATHERING," bringing together popular electric vehicles (EVs), heritage cars, and camper vans, for two days only from Saturday, October 29th to Sunday, October 30th, 2022, at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, owned and operated by Seibu Realty Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Saito Tomohide).

At "KARUIZAWA MOTOR GATHERING," we want children to learn more about the fun of cars, with the theme of "Play - Learn - Let's get started! Sustainable car life."I want you to feel it. This will provide an opportunity to experience heritage, experience the appeal of cars with all five senses, learn about history, understand the present, and think about a sustainable society that will connect to the future.

The "Sustainable Zone" within the venue will bring together the latest electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs, HEVs, FCVs), and clean diesel vehicles (CDVs) from Tesla, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Renault, Jaguar Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, and more. In addition, the Heritage Zone displays heritage cars such as Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Porsche. The outdoor zone "OUTDOOR Asobi-kuru Zone," created in collaboration with the quarterly magazine "OUTDOOR Asobi-kuru" (published by Geibunsha), which provides information on various outdoor lifestyles, will offer a selection of popular camper vans along with outdoor gear from brands such as LOGOS, proposing an outdoor lifestyle that can be enjoyed alongside your car. In addition, there will be a test drive event where visitors can get behind the wheel and test drive the latest models around the city of Karuizawa.

Through this event, which combines the value of outdoor experiences, allowing people to fully enjoy the fun of playing in the great outdoors, with a car lifestyle that proposes ways to enjoy a variety of cars, from heritage vehicles to cutting-edge electric vehicles, CCC will propose a new lifestyle that begins in Karuizawa to people of all ages who live in and visit Karuizawa. In the future, we aim to hold sustainable car life events in Karuizawa and other regions across Japan.
