Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki; hereinafter referred to as CCC) and Kanazawa Marukoshi Department Store Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Atsuta Takaaki), a group company of Hero Co., Ltd. (Head office: Ushiku City, Ibaraki Prefecture; President and CEO: Oguri Masakatsu; hereinafter referred to as the Hero Group), which operates the discount supermarket Hero, will open TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Kanazawa MZA on the third floor of Kanazawa MZA, a long-established department store that opened 49 years ago, on Friday, August 5, 2022. On Tuesday, November 1, they will open the first SHARE LOUNGE in the Hokuriku region, combining the convenience of an office with the comfort of a lounge, in an adjacent area.

Based on the concept of "a place where ideas are born and shared," SHARE LOUNGE combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge." It is a new space that can be used as both a cafe and an office, allowing you to spend your time freely and in your own way to your heart's content. The cozy, lounge-like space is decorated with carefully selected furniture and offers a full range of amenities, including free drinks and nuts, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and a selection of approximately 800 carefully selected books and comics.
You can use this cafe to enjoy conversations with friends and family, or as a place to concentrate on studying or work alone. In the future, we plan to hold workshops and talk events as a community space where people can meet.
