-The first time the CCC Group has been in charge of spatial design for an entire hotel floor-

RNT Hotels Co., Ltd. (Head office: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kohei Motoyama), which is responsible for the hotel business of Royal Holdings Co., Ltd., and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as CCC), have signed an agreement to join SHARE LOUNGE, aiming to utilize the strengths of both companies to create a space where guests can spend an even more fulfilling time in the hotel.
　SHARE LOUNGE Oshiage will open on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, in conjunction with the renovation of Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Oshiage, which is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Oshiage Station. This will be the first time that SHARE LOUNGE will open in a hotel.

"SHARE LOUNGE" combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge." It is a new space that can be used as both a cafe and an office, allowing you to spend your time freely and in your own way to your heart's content. Through SHARE LOUNGE, we aim to create a place where people can interact with each other through various cultures.

Furthermore, for the first time, the CCC Group was in charge of the spatial design of an entire floor of the hotel (5th and 13th floors). The "SHARE LOUNGE" on the 5th floor is a community space where tourists and local residents can gather and meet and interact, while the guest rooms on the 13th floor are based on the concept of "Club "Culture"," with each room having a different theme - "Books, Movies, Games, JAPAN" - and designed to take advantage of the strengths of the CCC Group, such as books and home appliances, so that guests can meet, explore, and enjoy new cultures and people. We will also produce art for the hallways and other common areas, embodying "culture" throughout the entire floor, and suggesting that you not only "stay" but also "experience and enjoy."

 Details of "SHARE LOUNGE Oshiage" will be announced in due course.

What is SHARE LOUNGE?
The cozy, lounge-like space is decorated with carefully selected furniture and offers a full range of amenities, including free drinks and nuts, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and a selection of carefully selected books and magazines.
You can use this cafe to enjoy conversations with friends and family, or as a place to concentrate on studying or work alone. In the future, we will hold workshops and talk events as a community space where people can meet.
