"SHARE LOUNGE Otabiya Serio" opens on March 25th! Toyama Prefecture's first "SHARE LOUNGE"

- Aiming to create a place for interaction together with the city at Takaoka City Center Startup Support Facility "TASU" -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki, hereinafter referred to as CCC) and Insight Inc. (Head office: Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture / Representative Director: Hayashi Takaki, hereinafter referred to as Insight) have signed an agreement to join SHARE LOUNGE and will open "SHARE LOUNGE Otabiya Serio" at "TASU," a startup support facility in downtown Takaoka, on Saturday, March 25th.

Takaoka City is home to many people who support, nurture, strengthen, and promote traditional crafts and other cultures that have taken root in the city for a long time, as well as many people who are passionate about creating new industries. The newly opened Takaoka City Center Startup Support Facility "TASU" is a startup support center that will support these people in creating new businesses, provide information, consultations, and networking on starting and founding a business, and even accompany them with management consultations and business succession after the business is launched. It is a startup support center that will inspire new challenges. Within this community area, SHARE LOUNGE Otabiya Serio, the first of its kind in Toyama Prefecture, aims to create a space where CCC, Insight, and Takaoka City, people who gather at TASU, as well as local residents, can meet, stimulate, and interact with each other.

"SHARE LOUNGE Otabiya Serio" is a place where anyone can drop in (temporary use) for as little as 60 minutes and use it immediately when they have some free time. Reservations can be easily made via the app, and the space can be used not only as a workspace where you can concentrate, but also as a cafe and bar, or as a place to relax after shopping or work, allowing you to enjoy it freely and in your own way.

What is "SHARE LOUNGE Otabiya Serio"?

① "SHARE LOUNGE" - the first store in Toyama Prefecture
SHARE LOUNGE Otabiya Serio, the 20th SHARE LOUNGE in Japan, is the first SHARE LOUNGE to open in Toyama Prefecture. The space is designed to be comfortable and can be used however you like, allowing you to work or relax, and will also host a variety of events for local customers.

②Events will be held to provide startup tips and opportunities to learn about Takaoka City's traditions
We will hold a variety of events to help our visitors expand their futures and possibilities.
For example, we plan to propose events that will support startups in collaboration with "GREEN FUNDING," a crowdfunding platform that plans for the future, as well as experiences that will help create new businesses and "stimulate passion" in customers by listening to and interacting with artisans involved in Takaoka City's traditional industries.

3) A space that can be used freely for business or as a cafe
We have a variety of seating options to suit your needs. For those who want to concentrate on work, study, or reading, there are single seats, while those who want to enjoy conversation can use the booth seats or sofa seats. This is a comfortable space that customers can use freely when visiting the Takaoka Station area or Otabiya Serio.

④We have a conference room available for use until 9:00 PM
We have a meeting room that can accommodate up to 10 people. It can be used for business meetings or as a space to enjoy a drink, for 6,600 yen per room (60 minutes).

⑤ Approximately 1,000 inspiring books and magazines available
The SHARE LOUNGE has approximately 1,000 books available to inspire your ideas. We offer a wide range of genres, including business and lifestyle, and you can get tips for work and life from books.

⑥Free drinks and snacks, Wi-Fi, and a full range of amenities
The cozy, lounge-like space is decorated with carefully selected furniture and comes with a full range of amenities, including free drinks and nuts, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, displays, bone conduction earphones, and compact humidifiers available for rental.

7. A convenient app for reservations and smart check-in/check-out
Reservations can be made using the official "SHARE LOUNGE" app from two weeks in advance (14 days in advance) up to 15 minutes before the start time of use. In addition, if you register your credit card or other card information on the app and make a reservation through the app, you can check in and make payment by holding the QR code over a dedicated terminal installed in the store. Your payment will be automatically settled by credit card upon check-out.

The cozy, lounge-like space is decorated with carefully selected furniture and offers a full range of amenities, including free drinks and nuts, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and a selection of carefully selected books and magazines.
You can use this cafe to enjoy conversations with friends and family, or as a place to concentrate on studying or work alone. In the future, we will hold workshops and talk events as a community space where people can meet.
