Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and COO: Takahashi Yoshinori, hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will open a "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE" in the office lobby space of "Innogate Osaka," a facility directly connected to the new ticket gates of JR Osaka Station, scheduled to open in the fall of 2024.

This is the first time that TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE has opened a store in an office lobby space. At Innogate Osaka, which has the concept of being "a place where interaction and inspiration take shape," CCC aims to create a place where workers can gather and interact through TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE, where new businesses can be born.
The attached "SHARE LOUNGE" offers a panoramic view of the lush urban park and is decorated with carefully selected furniture, making it a space that can be used not only as a workspace but also as a cafe where you can relax at any time. The store will also offer books to inspire workers, stationery and miscellaneous goods that are useful for work, and easy-to-eat snacks.
Furthermore, we will provide opportunities for workers to connect with each other through a variety of social events and seminars.
