Kusuri no Aoki Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Hironori Aoki; hereinafter referred to as "Kusuri no Aoki"), which operates 897 drugstore chain stores under the "Kusuri no Aoki" chain in the Hokuriku region, as well as in the Chubu, Kanto, Kinki, and Tohoku regions, and CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD"), will launch a service in the summer of 2023 that will allow users to earn and use T Points on the "Kusuri no Aoki Official App" provided by Kusuri no Aoki.

Kusuri no Aoki aims to be a "close and convenient store" for customers, and has provided highly convenient services that are in line with the times to meet the diversifying needs and changing lifestyles of our customers. The Aoca membership card allows customers to earn Aoca points when shopping at Aoki Kusuri, and also has a prepaid function that allows customers to load cash onto the card, making it popular with many customers. To make shopping at Kusuri no Aoki even more convenient, the "Kusuri no Aoki Official App" was launched in 2019, and by linking it to "Aoca," it is now possible to complete your shopping from presenting your point card to paying with just one smartphone.

In order to further advance the mobile shift in customer experience, we will be launching a service in the summer of 2023 that will allow customers to earn and use T Points on the "Kusuri no Aoki Official App."By registering the "Aoca" issued at the store in the app, completing the T Point redemption procedure, and presenting the app when making a purchase, you will earn Aoca points as well as 1 T Point*1 for every 200 yen (excluding tax). Furthermore, you can use your accumulated T Points, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, to charge your Aoca prepaid balance from the app and use them for payments.

By providing the T-Point service on the "Kusuri no Aoki Official App," Kusuri no Aoki and CCCMKHD aim to improve the value of the customer experience both offline and online, centered on smartphones, and to offer each and every customer more enjoyable and convenient shopping experiences.

■T-point award rate: 1 point for every 200 yen (excluding tax)
■T Point redemption rate: 1 point = 1 yen, and can be charged to Aoca prepaid balance

*To use the T-Point service, you must complete the T-Point usage procedure on the "Kusuri no Aoki Official App."
*T Cards and T Points cannot be used at Kusuri Aoki stores.
*Various point campaigns at Kusuri Aoki, such as double points days, will continue to be eligible for Aoca points, and will not be eligible for T points.

 This app allows you to complete your shopping, earn points and make payments with just your smartphone, by registering your Aoca membership card issued at the store. The app offers a number of convenient services, including the distribution of discount coupons exclusive to app members, and a prescription reception function that allows you to send your prescription in advance and receive an email notification when your medication is ready.

T Points will be replaced by blue and yellow "V Points" starting in spring 2024. As a service that combines points and payments centered around smartphones, we plan to provide Japan's largest shared points service, which will be easier to accumulate and use than ever before.
