1) TSUTAYA franchise business
By integrating the nationwide TSUTAYA franchise business with the distribution and sales of books, stationery, trading cards, and other entertainment merchandise offered by TSUTAYA, we will provide a product selection that satisfies customers, a rich reading experience, and spatial value. Furthermore, we will work to improve store gross profits and reform franchise services, creating a new store model.
Regarding books, magazines, comics, etc., we also plan to participate in joint purchasing through Booksellers & Company, Inc., which was established on October 2, 2023.

2) Commercial logistics business
We support sales growth for stores across the country, primarily through our procurement of books, stationery, trading cards, and other entertainment merchandise, planning sales promotion strategies, inventory management, and all-in-one logistics for these merchandise.

3) New businesses
As a "new-generation experiential bookstore that creates interaction in the local area," we aim to create a local community centered around the bookstore, and will undertake new businesses such as wellness projects, events, and pop-ups.
