Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Onishi Yukihiko; hereinafter referred to as "SMCC") and CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD") have changed the point exchange rate when exchanging SMBC Group common points "V Points" for "T Points" offered by CCCMKHD. Starting Monday, October 2, 2023, 1 "V Point" can be exchanged for 1 "T Point."To commemorate this, we will be holding a 20% bonus campaign from Monday, October 2nd to Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, where you can earn 1.2 points when exchanging V Points for T Points.

"V Points" offers a service that allows you to exchange "V Points" for "T Points" through Sumitomo Mitsui Card's member site Vpass, and is used by many customers. In order to further increase customer value, starting Monday, October 2, 2023, we will be changing the exchange rate of 1 V Point from 0.8 T Points to 1 T Point.

・Exchange rate: 1 V Point = 1 T Point
・Exchange rate change date: Monday, October 2, 2023
・Exchange unit: 500 or more V Points in increments of 500 points

"20% Increase in Points Exchange Campaign" will be held until Tuesday, October 31st

From Monday, October 2nd to Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, we will be holding a "20% Increase in Point Exchange Campaign" where customers who use the "Mobile T Card" can exchange 1 "V Point" for 1.2 "T Point" when exchanging during the campaign period. This is a great campaign that allows you to exchange 20% more "V Points" than usual for "T Points," so please take this opportunity to exchange your accumulated "V Points" for "T Points" and experience the great value of using "T Points."

<20% Increase in Points Exchange Campaign Overview>

Campaign details: If you exchange "V Points" for "T Points" during the campaign period, 1 "V Point" can be exchanged for 1.2 "T Points."
・Implementation period: Monday, October 2nd, 2023 to Tuesday, October 31st, 2023
・Target: Those who have a Sumitomo Mitsui Card credit card and have registered a Mobile T Card

*V Points can be exchanged for T Points in increments of 500 points or more.
*The maximum increase is 1,000 points.
*The additional points will be awarded by the end of December 2023 after the campaign ends.

Starting in spring 2024, points will be merged into the blue and yellow "V Points" and will no longer need to be exchanged for "T Points"!

"V Points" and "T Points" will be merged in the spring of 2024 and reborn as blue and yellow "V Points."From spring 2024, points earned by using services provided by SMBC Group and CCCMKHD will be blue and yellow "V Points," which can be used without the need to exchange points. By combining "V Points," which can be used at VISA member stores around the world, and "T Points," which are used by approximately 130 million people (number of valid IDs), we plan to provide even more people with a more valuable service that allows them to use points and make payments seamlessly.

SMCC and CCCMKHD will continue to work together to consider and implement new services with high customer value in order to provide even greater convenience to current V Point and T Point users, in preparation for the launch of the blue and yellow V Point services.
