Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura; hereinafter referred to as "CX") has signed an agreement with Shinsui Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; CEO: Hiromi Sato; hereinafter referred to as "Shinsui") to join the TSUTAYAFC, with the aim of creating a new era of experiential bookstore that will foster local interaction.

Based on this agreement, we will open "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Shin-Tsunashima (tentative name)" inside the commercial facility "SHINSUI," which is scheduled to open in March 2024 at Shin-Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line. "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Shin-Tsunashima (tentative name)" is a book and cafe style store based on the concept of "Connect, Start, New Community," offering books of various genres, stationery and miscellaneous goods to brighten up your daily life, and even a cafe with an open terrace. We aim to be a store that acts as a "veranda" where local people can gather and connect with each other through daily events.

In addition, a "SHARE LOUNGE" will be opened at "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Shin-Tsunashima (tentative name).""SHARE LOUNGE" combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge." It is a new space that can be used as both a cafe and an office, allowing you to spend your time freely and in your own way to your heart's content.

"SHARE LOUNGE" is available for anyone to use in their free time, starting from a minimum of 60 minutes. Reservations can be easily made via the app, and the space can be used not only as a workspace where you can concentrate using your PC, but also as a cafe and bar. You are welcome to enjoy the drinks and food available in the store, making it a great place to relax while shopping or after work. (※Alcohol is a separate plan)
