Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura) and Futaba Tosho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture / President and CEO: Takeshi Dobashi), a member company of TSUTAYA, will renovate the Futaba Tosho TSUTAYA MEGA Nakasuji store and open TSUTAYA Conditioning GOLF, the first store in Western Japan, on Friday, December 1, 2023. Ahead of the opening, you can experience the facility for free from Thursday, November 16th if you make a reservation online.

What is TSUTAYA Conditioning GOLF?
This indoor golf practice facility is based on the concept of "making golf more casual" and can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from beginners to advanced players, where you can play golf casually without bringing anything with you. We have installed a high-precision simulator made by GOLFZON, a leading company in the golf simulation industry, allowing you to experience hitting the ball as if you were on a real golf course. We have practice booths where you can practice alone, a round room where you can play a round with your golfing friends, and a putting practice area where you can enjoy your waiting time.
"TSUTAYA Conditioning GOLF" opened its first store in Sakurashinmachi, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo in 2023, and the MEGA Nakasuji store that will now open will be the second store nationwide.

1: Enjoy golf in a space that is close to everyday life
Located inside a bookstore, it is a space where you can casually enjoy golf. This indoor golf practice range is perfect for casual enjoyment in between shopping for books and stationery, or before working out at the HYPER FIT24 gym within the facility.
2. Introducing a high-precision simulator made by GOLFZON
We have installed a high-precision "GOLFZON" simulator, allowing you to experience hitting the ball as if you were on a real golf course. In addition, the practice booths are semi-private, and we have a practice booth where you can practice alone (up to two people), a round room where you can play a round (up to four people), and a putting practice area where you can enjoy your waiting time.
3: Conduct online tournament events with other stores
We will connect the simulator online with TSUTAYA Conditioning GOLF Sakurashinmachi store in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, to plan remote tournament events.
4. Hosting events with professionals
We are planning to hold an event inviting professional golfers. We will be planning various events such as one-point lessons, talk shows, and photo sessions to make golf feel more familiar to you.
