CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takahashi Yoshinori) handles information about each customer broadly as "personal data," regardless of whether the information identifies a specific individual. We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new website, the "Privacy Center," on Monday, December 18, 2023, where you can learn about how CCCMK Holdings collects, protects, and uses personal data and complete procedures.
The Privacy Center aims to increase transparency by providing easy-to-understand explanations about how personal data is handled. Going forward, information regarding CCCMK Holdings' efforts regarding personal data will be posted on the Privacy Center. In addition, the Privacy Center provides a menu that simplifies procedures for personal data so that customers can choose whether or not to use their personal data.
Prior to the launch of the Privacy Center, we established an advisory board composed of external experts and, after extensive discussions with specialists in various fields, established the Principles of Conduct for Handling Personal Data to gain the trust and peace of mind of our customers regarding the use of their personal data.
